Young Catholic students: Nearly 400 students in ‘mock exam’ in Bobo

Bobo-Dioulasso: The School and Academic Support Commission (CASA) of the Catholic Student Youth of Bobo (JEC-B), launched on Saturday March 23, 2024, the 16th edition of the activities of the exam preparation session nationals within the Mollo Sanou provincial high school in Bobo-Dioulasso.

In the desire to support young people in exam classes, particularly third and final year classes, the Catholic Student Youth (JEC) reissued these preparation sessions for candidates for national exams this year.

The activities of the said sessions were launched this Saturday, March 23, 2024 in Bobo-Dioulasso.

Coming from different backgrounds, students in exam classes took part in these sessions which are in their 16th edition .

The 2024 edition is held under the theme: ‘Promoting Excellence in schools in the Diocese of Bobo-Dioulasso’.

The study camps are planned for March 24 in Bama and Toussiana and from March 29 to 30 in Bobo-Dioulasso.

Already in the opinion of the head of the school and academic support commiss
ion, Charlotte Congo, nearly 400 students have registered, including 260 candidates from the 3rd grade class and 140 candidates from the final D and A4 classes. of the year 2024.

At the launch of these training sessions, the technical advisor of the JEC university of Bobo-Dioulasso, Roger Ouédraogo, affirmed that these sessions are made to support students in the preparation of their end-of-year exams.

‘During these instances, they will be prepared before, during and after the composition in order to raise their level,’ he underlined.

The principal of the Mollo Sanou provincial high school, Mahamadou Traoré, welcomed this initiative and said he was ready to support the activity which promotes excellence.

The representative of the sponsor at this 16th preparatory session for the national exams, Arnold Somda, for his part, invited the actors to be peacemakers in their establishment and to cultivate excellence.

This is the same message launched by the former participant in these preparatory sessions (2017),
Zakaria Kaboré, now a physics master’s student at the Nazi Boni university in Bobo-Dioulasso.

Kaboré called on his comrades to participate in these preparatory exams which open the path to success for them.
