Ouagadougou: The Burkinabè economy promotion days will be held this year in Russia, the government announced Wednesday in the Council of Ministers.
‘The 2024 edition of the Burkina Faso Economic Days Abroad (JEB) (…) will take place in Russia, indicates the report of the Council of Ministers held this Wednesday in Ouagadougou.
‘The Burkina Faso Economic Days abroad organized since 2001 aim to promote the emergence of the private sector and consolidate Burkina Faso’s political, economic and commercial relations with the rest of the world.
The organization of these days also constitutes a framework for exploring the possibilities of partnership with potential foreign investors with a view to supporting the development of our country”, recalls in his report of the council of ministers, the Minister of State, Minister in charge of Communication, Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo.
The date and host city have not yet been specified but the event was the subject of an oral communication from the Minister of Industrial Dev
elopment, Trade, Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises to the council of ministers chaired by the head of state, Captain Ibrahim Traoré .
Burkina’s economic days abroad were organized in several countries around the world including Ghana, Senegal, Benin, France, Canada, South Korea and Austria
