Ouagadougou: a car mows down two motorcyclists (no victims)

A transport bus mowed down two motorcyclists on Wednesday evening without causing any casualties, at the traffic lights next to the National School of Animal Health, the AIB learned.

According to initial information, there are no injuries or loss of life.

It is said that the bus would have had braking problems, forcing it to hit two motorcycles stopped at traffic lights.

Fortunately, the owners escaped in time, abandoning their gear.

Taken by panic and believing the irreparable committed, the driver slipped away for fear of possible reprisals.

A passenger said that before the accident, the bus damaged the roof of a gas station.

The driver had to pay nearly 150 thousand FCFA to get out of trouble, he says.

At the time we left the scene, the police were on site for the usual reports.
