A geographical distribution program has been set up for the members of the mission in the different governorates of Lebanon to observe the vote, the counting and sorting process as well as the atmosphere of the elections in several polling centers according to the rules and requirements in force within the Arab League framework, i.e. commitment to integrity, credibility and the duty of impartiality.

The Lebanese will cast their ballots next Sunday to elect a new parliament, the first since the onset of the economic and financial crisis that has hit the country. A total of 718 lists in 15 constituencies are vying for 128 MPs.
