In his presentation, Ait Taleb recalled the general framework of this project, whose implementation comes in application of the Royal High Instructions for a radical reform of the health system, and the framework law 09.21 on social protection, Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, Mustapha Baitas said during a press briefing after the Council.
The Minister also presented the legal texts relating to the implementation of the reform of the national health system, noting that its implementation will be carried out in accordance with the framework law 06.22 on the national health system, adopted by the House of Councillors and being adopted by the House of Representatives, and five laws derived from it.
These are the laws relating to the medical function, the Supreme Health Authority, the territorial health groups, the Moroccan Agency for Drugs and Health Products and the Moroccan Blood Agency, the explained.
The optimal implementation of the draft laws relating to the reform of the national health system requires the development of draft implementing legislation as soon as the Government Council approves the draft laws in question, the Minister said.
