At the beginning of its work, the Council will consider three bills, the first of which amends and supplements the law on freedom of prices and competition, the second amends and supplements the law on the Competition Council, and the third concerns the discharge of the implementation of the 2020 appropriation bill, said Monday a statement by the department of the Head of Government.
The Council will then consider the draft decree on the extension of the validity of the state of health emergency throughout the national territory, as part of efforts to combat the spread of the pandemic Covid-19, the statement added.
The Council will conclude its work by considering proposals for appointment to high office in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
