Three new State administrators were appointed to the boards of directors of the Tunisian Solidarity Bank (BTS), the “Ciments de Bizerte” company and the “Ciments d’Oum El Kélil” company.
These appointments were published in the form of decrees in the Official Gazette of the Tunisian Republic on May 5, 2023.
Accordingly, Chokri El Mehdi was appointed as the State’s representative on the BTS board of directors, replacing Abderraouf Ajimi.
Bouthaina Boukamcha was appointed administrator representing the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy on the board of directors of the Ciments de Bizerte Company, replacing Raja Boukassoula.
Adel Sellimi was appointed administrator representing the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines on the board of directors of the Ciments d’Oum El Kélil Company, replacing Sami Boufares.
