Support for people living with disabilities: motorcycles and a borehole for the Coordination of associations in the province of Nahouri

Ouagadougou: The governor of the Center-South region, Massadalo Yvette NACOULMA/SANOU, on behalf of the President of the Transition, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, proceeded this Friday to hand over ten motorcycles to the Provincial Coordination associations of people living with disabilities in the province of Nahouri.

This donation, worth around 7 million CFA francs, is the work of the president of the Association of Forwarders of Dakola, Samuel TAHOURA. He thus intends to support the Transition, by helping to address certain grievances submitted by the Coordination of Associations of People Living with Disabilities in the Nahouri Province to the Head of State, during his stay in August 2023 in Pô.

In addition to the motorcycles, the Head of State commissioned a borehole for the benefit of people living with disabilities. According to the coordinator of associations of people living with disabilities in the Nahouri province, Rachelle ADOUABOU, the speed in responding to their requests is proof of
Captain Ibrahim TRAORE’s commitment to their socio-economic development. She thanked the Head of State who works to include people with disabilities and for the efforts made in the fight against terrorism.

The governor of the Center-South region, Massadalo Yvette NACOULMA/SANOU thanked the president of the Association of Freight Forwarders of Dakola, for his support, which will help to relieve this segment of the population.

For Samuel TAHOURA, the Head of State works tirelessly to reconquer the territory. In view of the issues, he considered it necessary to support the President and the Transition; hence the acquisition of motorcycles for the benefit of the Coordination of associations of people living with disabilities in Nahouri.

He also praised the efforts of the President of the Transition in the fight against terrorism before launching an appeal to all Burkinabè to support the Transition.
