Sourou: The Sourou Provincial Directorate of Humanitarian Action donated a ton of cement to Tougan on Thursday to support the Faso Mªbo presidential initiative.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Moumouni Kagamb¨ga, the provincial director in charge of the domain, stated that the donation was made possible thanks to the contributions from all the staff of his department, who were eager to respond to the appeal of the President of Faso. “We wanted, through this act, to respond to the call of the President of Faso who said that no one will come and build Faso in our place,” he declared.
Kagamb¨ga emphasized that this gesture is symbolic and aims to encourage each citizen to contribute to the success of the initiative in the province. He urged everyone to make their contribution, highlighting the importance of cohesion, understanding, and unity in building Burkina Faso, particularly in Sourou.
It is noteworthy that contributions for the benefit of the presidential initiative Faso Mªbo were launched in Sourou on October 6, 2025. The contributions are being received daily at the city’s municipal police.
