Pô remand and correctional center: More than 17% of completion works completed


The High Commissioner of the province of Nahouri, Auguste Kinda, carried out on Friday May 31, 2024 in Pô, a field visit to the construction sites of the construction project for the completion of the house of shutdown and correction of Pô and its access routes, to ensure the progress of said works.

The High Commissioner of the province of Nahouri, Auguste Kinda, accompanied by a strong delegation from the Ministry in charge of Justice, led by the minister’s chief of staff, Bepoadi Sinini, visited Pô on Friday, May 31, 2024, on the construction sites for the completion of the Pô remand and correction center (MAC-Pô) and its access roads.

After visiting the infrastructure and a working session with the companies responsible for the task, Bepoadi Sinini said he was satisfied with the progress of the work, which began in March 2024 with a completion time of 8 months, is estimated at 17%.

For the High Commissioner of the province, these infrastructures are eagerly awaited by the populations because their commissioning will greatly relieve the populations of Nahouri, especially the detainees and their families.
