Ouagadougou: A student hung himself on the night of February 5 to 6, 2024 in sector No. 3 of the town of Pô, the AIB correspondent learned on site.
A student attending school in Ouagadougou and from the village of Songo 2, about ten km southeast of the town of Pô, committed suicide by hanging.
The horror took place in sector 3 of the city on the night of February 5 to 6, 2024.
Informed, the health services, the national and municipal police went to the scene to make observations after the landowners of sector No. 3 of Pô had carried out the customary rites.
The local populations mobilized to give him a final resting place.
The victim parked a motorcycle before killing himself.
According to his relatives, he lost his mind almost a month ago.
Having noted that he left the family home during the day of February 5 and not being reachable, the family broadcast a search press release on Goulou de Pô radio on the morning of February 6.
The victim leaves behind a widow with two boys (4 years and 8 months), in
consolable parents and friends.
