Morocco Strongly Denounces, Condemns Israeli Raid against Camp for Displaced Palestinians near Rafah (MFA Official Source)

Rabat – The Kingdom of Morocco strongly denounces and condemns the raid carried out by the Israeli army against a camp sheltering more than 100,000 displaced Palestinians near the city of Rafah, which left dozens of civilians dead and wounded, in flagrant violation of International law and International humanitarian law, said an official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates.

The Kingdom, whose Sovereign, HM King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, chairs the Al-Quds Committee, stresses the importance of complying with the decision of the International Court of Justice calling on Israel to cease its military operations in Rafah immediately, while reiterating its call for an immediate and lasting ceasefire, to guarantee protection for Palestinians, and to ensure the safe and unhindered delivery of large-scale humanitarian aid and relief supplies to the Gaza Strip, via all crossing points, including the Rafah crossing, the same source added.
