Morocco, Burundi Discuss Agricultural Cooperation

Speaking on this occasion, Sinzohagera, who is accompanied by members of the Burundian Finance Committee as well as the Burundian ambassador to Morocco, welcomed the level of bilateral cooperation, expressing his wish to “strengthen cooperation relations between the two countries”.

 

The talks will allow “to accompany the political cooperation between Burundi and the Kingdom through economic cooperation to develop agriculture and strengthen agricultural technologies,” he added.

 

For his part, Sadiki highlighted the excellent relations between Rabat and Gitega, welcoming the promising prospects and “significant potential for cooperation” between Morocco and Burundi.

 

President of the Burundian Senate held talks on Tuesday with speaker of the House of Advisors, Enaam Mayara, focused on ways to consolidate bilateral parliamentary relations in the context of expanding cooperation between the two countries, especially in the economic and institutional fields.
