With this initiative, MAP is seeking to provide a safe haven to support its employees and help them overcome difficult situations, enhance their well-being and promote their empowerment.
This initiative, which will contribute to the improvement of the professional environment, is being implemented in collaboration with the MAP Foundation.
A contract will be signed with two psychologists, one male and one female, who can be called upon by the MAP Gender Committee to assist staff, if needed.
