Rabat – As part of the maintenance work on the roadway of the Kenitra-Sidi El Yamani highway, the Moroccan National Highway Company (ADM) informs users of the Kenitra-Tangier highway that works to strengthen the roadway will be executed at the Moulay Bousselham interchange, located at PK 151+100 of the Kenitra-Tangier motorway.
The works concern the Kenitra-Tangier direction of the highway and consequently, traffic will be temporarily suspended at the Moulay Bousselham interchange from the night of Tuesday January 10, 2023 at 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday January 11, 2023 at 11:00 p.m. a press release from ADM.
Alternate routes are defined as follows:
– Users taking the highway from Kenitra to Moulay Bousselham are asked to leave the highway at the Sidi Allal Tazi interchange and take National Road N°1 then National Road N°27 (N°1/N°27) in order to arrive at their destination;
– Users coming from Sidi Allal Tazi and bound for Moulay Bousselham are asked to take National Road N°1 and then National Road N°27 (N°1/N°27);
– Users coming from Moulay Bousselham and bound for Tangier are asked to take the Provincial Road P4214 then the National Road N°1 (N°1/P°4214) to join the motorway at the Larache interchange .
According to the press release, the Moroccan National Highways Company will install temporary signaling devices in appropriate places to facilitate traffic and apologizes for the inconvenience caused by these works aimed at further strengthening highway safety.
