L©raba: The women of the urban commune of Sindou, on Saturday, May 10, 2025, praised the actions of the Transition, during a rally in support of President Ibrahim Traor©. They were welcomed by the Secretary General of the L©raba province, Y©onvi¨l Som©.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the event commenced at 9:25 a.m. as the women, accompanied by the sounds of djembes and dances, gathered at the youth and culture center. The group chanted slogans such as “It is IB that we want,” and “May God grant him health and longevity to save us from the wicked.”
The rally proceeded to the provincial high commission, where the women were received by the Secretary General, Y©onvi¨l Som©, representing the High Commissioner of the province. They delivered messages of recognition and thanks to President Ibrahim Traor©.
Y©onvi¨l Som© expressed gratitude towards the women for their continuous support of the government’s policies. He assured them that their message would be conveyed to the relevant authorities.
It is noteworthy that on International Women’s Day, these women had previously shown their support by donating 200,000 CFA francs for patriotic efforts on behalf of the commune’s women.
