Loroum: The special delegation of Ouindigui adopts its amending budget of more than 5 million FCA

The special delegation of the commune of Ouindigui held on Monday, September 25, 2023, its 3rd ordinary session, devoted to the adoption of its 2023 amending budget amounting to more than 5 million FCFA, in the presence of the representative the supervisory authority and representatives of NGOs and development associations.

5 million 456 thousand 556 FCFA, this is the amended budget balanced in revenue and expenditure adopted unanimously by the members of the special Ouindigui delegation.

In order to diversify funding sources, the council also discussed revenue mobilization strategies, as well as the search for new sources of revenue.

The session also served as a review framework for the “Béogo-puuto” project led by the NGO SOS Sahel international and its partners in the commune of Ouindigui since 2019 and which ends in 2023.

The council replaced two affected members.

For the occasion, Saïdou Rabo and Moumini Soma were respectively unanimously elected 2nd vice-president and president of the Environment and local development commission of the special delegation, replacing two members assigned for service reasons.

The members also adopted the project to create a service, with a view to setting up a support system for young people in rural communities.

The special delegation from Ouindigui relocated its services to Ouahigouya, in view of the security crisis which forced the populations to evacuate all the villages in the commune
