Ouahigouya the Secretary General of the Loroum province, David Ayoro, proceeded on Thursday, October 19, 2023 in Ouahigouya, to the installation of the new provincial director of the Environment, Isso Kindo.
Water and forest inspector, Mr. Kindo replaces Sayouba Soré in this position, who has been acting since 2019.
The handover ceremony took place in Ouahigouya, in the presence of service agents and directors and heads of provincial services.
The Loroum province is going through a difficult security situation which has led to the relocation of technical services to Ouahigouya, capital of the Northern region
