The delegation is composed of the chairmen of the Associations of Presidents of Local Authorities (ARM, AMPCPP and AMPCC), presidents and elected officials of regions, prefectures and provinces and communes, as well as representatives of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) and Marchika Med.

The delegation is led by representatives of the General Directorate of Local Authorities at the Ministry of Interior (DGCT), including Abdelouahab El Jabri, Governor in charge of cooperation and communication.

Morocco participates in this fair as a Guest of Honor as part of South-South Cooperation.

This event aims to create an inclusive framework for reflection and meetings between local authorities, partners and decision-makers on issues related to decentralization and local development and will focus mainly on scientific activities and networking.

The members of the Moroccan delegation will participate in several sessions, panels and workshops on several topics related to decentralization, territorial marketing, alternative financing, the performance of local authorities and international decentralized cooperation between Moroccan authorities and their Ivorian colleagues.

A Morocco stand has also been set up as a space for promoting the Moroccan example of advanced regionalization, and also for meetings and exchanges to share good practices in local management.
