Judge Mohamed Al Gammoudi appointed head of INLTP


Third-grade judge Mohamed Al Gammoudi has been appointed head of the National Authority for Combating Trafficking in Persons (INLTP) under decree no. 126 published by the Ministry of Justice in the Official Gazette of the Tunisian Republic (JORT).

Mohamed Al Gammoudi succeeds Judge Raoudha LaSbidi, who has been at the head of this authority since 2017, by virtue of decree no. 127.

The INLTP comprises 16 members. The authority’s missions consist among others in devising a national strategy to prevent and combat trafficking, as well as setting up coordinated mechanisms to identify, care for and protect victims, reduce demand and also prosecute perpetrators.
