The secretary general of the province (SGP) of Ioba, André Lankoandé, chaired this ceremony. As usual, we note a mobilization of constituted bodies.

At the end of the flag raising ceremony, the SGP saluted all the bodies constituted for their patriotic enthusiasm during the exceptional raising of the colors on March 26 on the instructions of the head of government.

It was on the occasion of the official launch of the first edition of the days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation (JEPPC), he recalled.

‘This is the place for us to express our recognition for this obedience to the slogans given by the government and for the enthusiasm that we observed during these days,’ indicated Mr. Lankoandé.

He thanked everyone who responded to
this call from the government. According to the SGP, the activities initiated in the Ioba province were respected and carried out.

‘We are on the cusp of the rainy season. This is why we invite you to continue this momentum to clean up our environment. This will allow us to avoid dengue disease this year,’ underlined the SGP. He concluded by inviting each member of the constituted bodies to be ready for other slogans to come.
