Presented by the Minister of Trade and Industry, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, the said agreement, signed in Rabat on September 7, 2021 and in Paris on October 6, 2021, concerns the final cycles leading to the “International French Baccalaureate” and “General Baccalaureate” of the section entitled “International French Baccalaureate – option of the Arabic language” for the benefit of classes of the Network of French educational institutions abroad established in the Kingdom of Morocco, said the Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, at a press briefing at the end of the Council of Government.
