Ouagadougou: €š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬°mile ZABSONR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬° was formally installed into his role as Secretary General of the Ministry of Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity (MAHSN) by Commander Passowend© P©lagie KABOR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬° on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. This appointment follows his selection by the Council of Ministers during their meeting on March 5, 2025.
According to Burkina Information Agency, upon taking office, ZABSONR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬° expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the country’s highest authorities, particularly to the Minister, reaffirming his commitment to his new role. He declared his intention to fulfill his mission with commitment and loyalty. He highlighted the importance of teamwork, counting on the collaboration and dedication of all department staff, including those in central, decentralized, and attached structures, as well as the services of the General Secretariat.
ZABSONR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬° also assured social, technical, and financial partners, alongside NGOs and associations, of his willingness to consider their feedback and constructive criticism. He acknowledged his predecessor, Rahitaba D©sir© Romain COMPAOR€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬°, applauding the work achieved and expressing hope to benefit from his experience.
