The 19th and 20th Rapid Intervention Battalions (BIR) have carried out two operations in the Eastern region in recent days which allowed them to neutralize around sixty terrorists and seize logistics, according to security sources contacted by the AIB.
BIR 19 and 20 successfully carried out operations Kalari and Yilguemdé on April 22 and 23, 2024 in the Eastern region.
On April 22, based on intelligence, air vectors discovered a base under construction in the Boungou area.
Sightings show two groups under trees practicing weapon handling.
All evening they were carefully monitored until 1 a.m. on April 23.
The air operators sent a missile which wiped out the first group. Survivors tried to flee but collapsed further away.
Meanwhile, the second group sought refuge elsewhere, but to no avail. A second missile reduced them to ashes.
According to our sources, around sixty assassins have reached hell.
On April 23, 2024, criminals launched an attack on a GUMI position in Yourkoudguin in the Center-East region
.
Very quickly, the air vectors arrived in the area and caught up with the assassins who had split into two groups to escape.
A group believed they were safe in an abandoned hamlet in the Tiourel forest. But they were effectively struck down by several strikes.
The second group of criminals nestled under trees and near a river in the Kabonga forest.
A powerful bomb definitively resolved the fate of a large number of them.
Their acolytes tried to rush in, but the strikes multiplied until they were annihilated.
In addition to these successful operations, the Combatant Forces punished terrorists who regularly intercepted users of the Douroula-Yé road in the Boucle du Mouhoun region.
Thus, on April 25, 2024 at around 11 a.m., a terrorist stopped a minibus while his group was installed under a tree not far from the road, unaware that they had been observed for a while.
These criminals neither had time to rest nor see a missile fall on them.
While they burned with their logistics, the minicar continued on
its way.
After the Boucle du Mouhoun, operations continued at Kéréboulé in the Sahel region.
Air vectors discovered a large group of terrorists storing explosives and fuel.
Their planning was interrupted by the rain of bombs that rained down on them.
The fledgling terrorist base was reduced to nothing while operations continued in other areas.
