The Assembly of People’s Representatives (ARP), Tuesday, passed the budget of the Constitutional Court for 2024, with 127 votes for, one vote against and 2 abstentions.
According to article 125 of the 2022 Constitution, the Constitutional Court is an independent judicial body, composed of nine members appointed by decree.
