The Minister in charge of Justice Bibata Nebié/Ouédraogo announced on Wednesday, after the Council of Ministers, a project to completely digitize the process of obtaining a criminal record.
“We have undertaken a process at the ministry level to digitize the issuance of criminal records. Clearly, we hope that in the long term, each Burkinabe will be able, wherever they are, to be able to apply for a criminal record online and have the document issued online, “said the Minister in charge of justice, Ms. Bibata. NEBIE/OUEDRAOGO, according to the presidency of Faso.
The Minister added that the advantage of this process is that it allows to have a reliable document with the centralization of information on convicted persons.
