Three artists Jezy Kankélétigui, Pinda and Faity Baby were in competition for the most prestigious of trophies. On arrival, it was the last city to climb to the highest step by winning the Bobo Lolo d’or 2023. The artist also received the Best Tube trophy.

According to him, this distinction does not mean that he is better than his “predecessor Jezy Kankélétigui” and his “sister Pinda”. “They are excellent artists who constantly raise the flag of the country beyond our borders,” he said. In his opinion, his choice as Bobo Lolo 2023 in front of Jezy Kankélétigui and Pinda does not change their artistic value in any way.

The Bobo Lolo 2023 Faity Baby will be in Germany next September for a series of shows following an agreement signed during the award ceremony between the Woka Kuma association and the General Commissioner of Bobo Lolo.
The convention provides that the winner of Bobo Lolo will have an annual tour of Germany and other neighboring countries. While waiting for these dates, the artist already has a concert scheduled for Saturday May 20, 2023 on the site of the General Sangoulé Lamizana Omnisport Stadium in Bobo-Dioulasso.
