The head of government Dr Apollinaire Joachimson KYELEM de TAMBELA received on Friday December 29, 2023 in Ouagadougou from the hands of Malian Prime Minister #Choguel Kokalla #MAÏGA, the medal of officer of the National Order of #Mali in a foreign capacity. In addition to the Prime Minister, the Republic of Mali has elevated to the rank of knight of the national order in a foreign capacity the Minister of Industrial Development, Trade, Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises, Serge Gnaniodem PODA.
