_: The leadership of the Council for Islami Affairs, Ekiti State, has felicitated the chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator representing, Ekiti Central Senatorial District, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele (MOB) on his emergence as the Majority Leader of the 10th Senate.
President of the council, Alhaji (Dr) Hammed Afolabi Bakare, in a statement described Senator Bamidele as a good ambassador of Ekiti and Yoruba race in the National Assembly.
“Congratulations and wishing him successful tenure of office. A good ambassador of Ekiti and Yoruba in the National Assembly.
“We enjoy him to demonstrate good leadership qualities in the National Assembly and Nigeria as well. Muslim community in Ekiti state wish him successful tenure of office,” the statement reads.
