_: President Bola Tinubu has written to the House of Representatives telling the House to take note of the newly appointed service chiefs.
The letter was read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Hon Tajudeen Abbas at the plenary.
The letter notes that the House of Representatives is invited to note the current security situation in our country which requires concerted effort of both the legislative arm and the executive.
He said: “The names of the newly appointed chiefs have been sent to the Senate for confirmation and I wish that the House notes the names”.
He, therefore, urged the House to accord the new military helmsmen the necessary regards.
