Rabat: DGAPR, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs to Strengthen Cooperation

During this meeting, the two officials reviewed the various components of the existing cooperation program between the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, including the security field, the management of prisons, reintegration, training of officials and access to employment for prisoners, said a statement by the General Delegation.

 

The two parties stressed, on this occasion, their determination to move forward in this cooperation so as to allow the General Delegation to become a pioneering institution in the management of penal affairs, and pilot platform in the field of training of officials under the prison administration, said the same source.

 

The visit of Bradley to Morocco, from 07 to 11 November, is part of the framework agreement signed in April 2011 between the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Government of the United States of America, including the annex on cooperation between the DGAPR and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, added the same source.
