Morocco’s Net International Reserves Up 6.8%

Rabat – Morocco’s net international reserves amounted to 243.7 billion dirhams until January 31, 2020, up by 6.8% compared to the same period in 2019, Morocco’s central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) said.

During the week of 30 Jan-5 Feb, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 73.2 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has reached 2.25%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham appreciated by 0.18% against the Dollar and remained stable against the Euro.
