Moroccan Football Federation Unveils Matches Program of National Team in June

“The national team A will perform preparation training from the end of May 2022 and until the middle of next June. This training includes the programming of three games comprising two official qualifying games for CAN-2023 in Côte d’Ivoire,” wrote the Federation on its website.

The first match, scheduled for Wednesday, June 1, 2022 in Cincinnati, will be friendly and will be played against the United States (19:30 LT) as part of preparations for the World Cup Qatar-2022, added the same source.

The other two games will be official and are part of the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (Group K). On the first day, the national team will play against South Africa, Thursday, June 9, 2022 (20:00) at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat.

As for the second day, Vahid Halilhodzic’s men will be opposed to the Liberian team, on Monday, June 13, 2022 (20:00) at the Mohammed V Sports Complex in Casablanca.
