The Moroccan minister’s statements came in the context of a meeting organized by the Moroccan League of Youth and Students in coordination with Abdelmalek Essaâdi University, to which the Faculty is affiliated.

Mezzour said that Morocco’s development model in general and the industrial recovery plan in particular place the youth at the center of any qualitative development, noting that the ministry is currently looking at several industrial projects, 1,000 of which will generate more than 80,000 direct jobs and 120,000 indirect jobs.

The Minister said that this meeting is of great importance as it is an opportunity to communicate with young people in the region and inform them of programs and opportunities available to them, in order to actively adhere to government-backed development projects.

He further noted that the region of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima is undergoing remarkable development at all levels, which makes it a national model in the industrial field and the economy of the future.

In addition, he explained that the province of Larache is full of enormous potential that the government is working to enhance and develop, with the optimal use of the skills of graduates of the Multidisciplinary Faculty and those of other institutes and schools of specialized training.

In this respect, Mezzour indicated that the province of Larache has many assets, including its proximity to the port Tangier Med and its important infrastructure, which both attract the interest of investors.
