MAP Reviews Its Product Monetization Strategy
Speaking on this occasion, MAP Director General Mr. Khalil Hachimi Idrissi affirmed that this seminar is of great importance, especially since it concerns a strategic issue relating to resources and turnover. This question engages the entire enterprise and involves the entire Board, he noted.
According to Hachimi Idrissi the meeting highlights the sense of belonging and attachment to the company, its moral contract and its fundamental values, noting that the seminar is also an opportunity for the staff of the Monetization Department to express themselves about the progress of their missions.
“This meeting aims to find the means likely to help this Department progress, knowing that this body manages the various products of MAP. Such means require the same level of commitment,” said the Director General, noting that this meeting tends to improve the performance of all members of the Monetization Department in order to contribute more to the agency’s collective project.
For his part, MAP Secretary General Rachid Boumhil said in a statement to MAP television channel (M24), that Wednesday’s meeting is part of an approach of quality and improvement, and a process of building skills, in order to study possible ways for a better organization of the monetization action and to take stock of what has been done so far.
He also underlined that MAP attaches particular importance to its organization and its monetization action. “We are an enterprise and we have a duty to monetize all of our action, our efforts and all the products that are continuously created by the agency,” he said, adding that the seminar aims to recall the commitment to the strategic plan of MAP, to allow everyone to identify themselves on the value chain to improve their individual service, and to join the common objective of the agency.
At the end of this seminar, a monetization book will be developed, which will enable to unify terminology, set the same objectives, have the same approach and further improve the service of the agency in general.
