HH Princess Lalla Zineb Chairs Signing Ceremony of Partnership Agreement for Contribution to Financial Support of LMPE Reception Centers

This agreement, which takes place following the high guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI, aimed at strengthening the actions of medical care and social protection of children, especially those in precarious situations, “is meant to contribute to the financial support of the operation of reception structures of this category of children, in order to improve the quality of its medical care and to strengthen the services of care, rehabilitation and psychological follow-up of pathological cases, in accordance with the National Plan of Health of Children and Youth 2022-2030”, said a statement by the LMPE.

 

Under this partnership, the residents of the League’s reception facilities will benefit from the Compulsory Health Insurance (AMO), including hospital care, medical examinations, emergency care and strengthening the structures of medical care for people with disabilities, as part of the Royal large-scale project aimed at the generalization of social coverage, said the statement.

 

On this occasion, Her Highness Princess Lalla Zineb praised the precious collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection and the convincing results achieved by the different health services, in favor of children in vulnerable situations, while expressing her wish to see this collaboration strengthened and extended to all LMPE Centers, established in the different regions of the Kingdom, in accordance with the High orientations of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, underlined the same source.

 

For his part, Minister of Health and Social Protection affirmed his determination to work further to strengthen cooperation between his department and the Moroccan League for Child Protection, in order to ensure quality medical services for the benefit of the various residents, both preventive and curative, in line with the Royal guidelines for the promotion of children’s rights and in particular the right to health, concluded the statement.
