“Several socio-economic projects and political and institutional reforms have been launched by HM the King since his accession to the throne of his glorious ancestors to meet the aspirations of his faithful people,” Nine told MAP on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the Throne Day.

Noting that this commemoration is an opportunity to express the permanent bonds of allegiance and symbiosis between the Throne and the people, he assured that “the Moroccan diaspora in Angola remains mobilized behind HM the King to achieve the expected comprehensive development, strengthen social justice, modernize the economy, enshrine democratic values and consolidate the position of the Kingdom at the regional and international levels.

In addition, Nine recalled that Morocco has experienced major advances in all areas during the past two decades, thanks to major structural projects that have helped promote economic development in the Kingdom.

In the wake of this impetus, he added, Morocco has equipped itself with road, port, airport and rail infrastructure to international standards that have enhanced its competitiveness and improved its attractiveness to investment.

In addition, he stressed that under the reign of HM King Mohammed VI, Morocco has made giant strides on the social level by placing the human element at the heart of its concerns, thus evoking a set of social projects such as the revision of the Family Code, the launch of the National Initiative for Human Development, as well as the launch of the project to generalize social protection.
